| Fidelity's 542 acre campus in Merrimack, New Hampshire is an example of adaptive reuse. The extensive property with two large office buildings and vast on-grade parking was purchased with an eye for re-development.
| Since purchasing the site, Fidelity has built three parking garages and added a major addition to one of the existing structures. Landscape improvements are a major component of each addition to the campus. Existing on-grade parking has been relocated into structures to create a pleasant work experience for the employees. Many of the existing trees originally found on the site have been successfully saved and transplanted. These mature trees are used extensively to direct pedestrians, soften the visual impact of the automobile, and create an immediate landscape impact. | Fidelity Investments
