 | Set in 260 acres of rolling hills of the Bluegrass State, this corporate campus reflects the natural beauty of its surroundings. The site design features several miles of pedestrian paths meandering through rolling meadows and native woodlands. Visitors and employees arrive by car, but are encouraged to walk through the campus to their destinations. The path system and outdoor gathering areas provide opportunities for meetings, exercise, or contemplation of nature. The design plan was developed to provide visual interest and complexity while remaining compatible with existing site conditions. Meadows and swaths of native grasses and forbs have been carefully established and enhanced with drifts of wildflowers. Extensive plantings of native trees and shrubs reinforce the lush setting. A water feature, designed to reflect an upland meadow stream, adds life and movement to the entry statement at the core building of the campus.
