 | The Pressley team prepared a comprehensive strategic master plan for the Town of Brookline’s parks, playgrounds, conservation lands, and recreation facilities and programs.

 | In collaboration with GreenPlay LLC, Design Concepts, Geowest, and Service Research, Pressley Associates completed a comprehensive planning tool that includes a needs assessment with a statistically valid survey, an extensive inventory of parks and facilities, and an evaluation of the town’s programs, operations, and park management. It also included a GRASP™ (Geo-Referenced Amenities Service Program) analysis to calculate both the existing and desired levels of park and recreation service. This data was used in concert with the needs assessment, stakeholder input, and other inventory and analysis information to create a 10-year vision for the park and open space system, along with a 6-year action plan that corresponds with Brookline’s Capital Improvement Program.
