 | The landscape is a reflection of the modern character of the building and of the New Balance corporate culture.

 | Brighton Landing is the corporate headquarters for New Balance Shoes, a regionally owned international company. Add Inc. renovated two new buildings and an existing building into a parking garage with a retail component. The entry plaza is a grid of grass panels; each panel contains a white birch purposefully planted off center. The architects provided windows to frame views of this landscape. The entry court incorporates outdoor seating and allows for corporate activity, while projecting a strong visual statement. The dual entry vestibule features a sloped glass façade descending into a water basin on the outside. This strong axonometric landscape continues on the other side of the vestibule/lobby where white pines are planted in allees. This linear element is punctuated with white birches that have escaped the grid of the front entry plaza to dance with their green partners.
