Mr. Freedman is both a civil engineer and a councilor of real estate, and currently serves as Chair of Boston’s Water Transportation Advisory Committee. He has extensive experience in feasibility planning, design, and construction of large and complex real estate development, transportation, waterfront, and port projects. Mr. Freedman is a frequent lecturer to professional organizations and business groups, including the MIT Center for Real Estate, and has authored numerous articles on real estate and transportation issues. He has been on the faculty of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where he lectured on Infrastructure Systems and has participated in the Land Development Studio, offered jointly with Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.
