Jay and his team have focused on institutional and urban design assignments. Jay has a particular talent for the public approvals process. He is involved in project design, construction documents, and construction phase services. Currently in design are Columbus Place, a Turnpike Air Rights project connecting the Back Bay to Boston’s South End and a major redesign of Kenmore Square.
