From Route 93 Southbound
Take Exit 30, Mystic Avenue-Somerville and take a left at the end of the ramp. At the 3rd set of light take a right onto 28 South. You will go through 2 lights and will travel over a bridge overpass. Continue on Route 28 South, bearing left as the road divides and exiting at the Somerville Avenue exit. Bear right in front of the first center island then proceed straight onto Medford Street. Take your next left then take a right at the lights onto Lambert Street. At Cambridge Street take a right. After .3 miles take a right onto Windsor Street before the Shell station. 432 Columbia Street is the first building on the left.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike
Take the Cambridge exit. After the toll booth, bear right when the exit ramp divides, and take River Street over the Charles River into Cambridge. Continue on River Street through Central Square (a major intersection where Massachusetts Avenue intersects River Street). At this point River Street becomes Prospect Street. Continue on Prospect Street through 3 traffic signals to Cambridge Street. Turn right on Cambridge Street and continue 5 blocks. Turn left onto Windsor Street just past the Shell station. 432 Columbia Street is the first building on the left.

From Route 2
Just after crossing the Cambridge City line at the intersection of Fresh Pond Parkway turn left. Continue on the Parkway until reaching the first traffic light, Massachusetts Avenue. Turn right on Massachusetts Avenue (2A) and continue toward Harvard Square. At the traffic lights before Harvard Square (Cambridge Common will be on the right) turn left around a grassy park and then bear right to go through the underpass. Stay in the center lane. Continue straight on Cambridge Street approximately 1 mile to Windsor Street. Turn left on Windsor just past the Shell station. 432 Columbia Street is the first building on the left.
